Ingredients
  

  • 24 ounce(s) chuck steak
  • 2 cup(s) flour
  • 4 floz water
  • 24 floz tomato juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 dash(es) Season salt
  • 1 dash(es) Pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sour cream
  • 19 1/5 ounce(s) cans of mushrooms (2 small cans)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1 cup(s) egg noodles

Instructions
 

  • Cut meat into bite-size chunks.
  • Roll in flour and brown.
  • Add water and mix with scrapings from pan.
  • Add tomato juice and seasonings, season to taste.
  • Dice onion and add cook on low heat for 75 minutes.
  • Add sour cream and mushrooms.
  • Stir in sugar.
  • Serve over rice and/or egg noodles.
