
Spaghetti with Steak
Here’s a brand new way to enjoy filet mignon. Make no miss-steak about it, this meaty dish is every bit as mouth-watering. One taste and it’s sure to be love at first bite.
Ingredients
- 5 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 8 ounce(s) red and green bell peppers, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 cup(s) filet mignon tips
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped garlic
- 1 cup(s) chopped tomatoes
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 2 portions cooked spaghetti
Instructions

In skillet, over medium heat, add 3 tbsp olive oil, onions and peppers.

Saut until tender.

In separate skillet, over medium heat, brown beef tips in the other 2 tbsp olive oil with chopped garlic, until beef is desired temperature.

Add tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes.

Add peppers and onions.

Season to taste and serve over pasta.
