Spaghetti with Steak

Here's a brand new way to enjoy filet mignon. Make no miss-steak about it, this meaty dish is every bit as mouth-watering. One taste and it's sure to be love at first bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 8 ounce(s) red and green bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) filet mignon tips
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped garlic
  • 1 cup(s) chopped tomatoes
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper
  • 2 portions cooked spaghetti

Instructions
 

  • In skillet, over medium heat, add 3 tbsp olive oil, onions and peppers.
  • Saut until tender.
  • In separate skillet, over medium heat, brown beef tips in the other 2 tbsp olive oil with chopped garlic, until beef is desired temperature.
  • Add tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes.
  • Add peppers and onions.
  • Season to taste and serve over pasta.
