
Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
 - 3 tablespoon(s) minced parsley
 - 2 tablespoon(s) grated onion
 - 2 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce, divided
 - 2 eggs, beaten
 - 1/2 cup(s) skim milk
 - 1 cup(s) toasted breadcrumbs
 - 4 tablespoon(s) butter
 - 1 cup(s) catsup
 - 5 teaspoon(s) vinegar
 - 2 teaspoon(s) prepared mustard
 - 5 33/100 floz red wine
 - 1 pound(s) beef, ground, 90% lean meat / 10% fat, crumbles, cooked, pan
 
Instructions
- 
Mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, parsley, onion, 1 tsp Worcestershire, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs and butter.

Shape into very, very small meatballs.
 - 
Lightly brown meatballs in the butter until browned on all sides.
 - 
Put into large serving dish.
 - 
Put catsup, vinegar, remaining 1 tbs Worcestershire, mustard and wine in saucepan.
 - 
Heat and stir until smooth and hot.
 - 
Pour over hot meatballs.
 - 
Keep warm in slow cooker or serve hot.
