Sausage Casserole
Believe it or not, you won’t pork up with this egg-cellent casserole that’s a healthy way to start your morning. One bite and you’ll realize it’s the breakfast of champions.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup(s) Simply Shreds fat free hashbrowns
- 14 ounce(s) Gimme Lean Sausage (1 pkg.)
- 6 egg whites, beaten (4 to 6)
- 8 ounce(s) shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
Instructions

Brown hashbrowns and Gimme Lean in nonstick skillet.

Season potatoes with salt & pepper.

Put hashbrowns and Gimme Lean in 8×13″ nonstick cake pan.

Pour eggwhites over the layers or mixture.

Spread cheese shreds over the top.

Bake in 350-375 degree (preheated) oven for 45 minutes, or until egg is cooked and cheese is browned.
