Sausage Casserole

Believe it or not, you won't pork up with this egg-cellent casserole that's a healthy way to start your morning. One bite and you'll realize it's the breakfast of champions.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cup(s) Simply Shreds fat free hashbrowns
  • 14 ounce(s) Gimme Lean Sausage (1 pkg.)
  • 6 egg whites, beaten (4 to 6)
  • 8 ounce(s) shredded fat-free cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Brown hashbrowns and Gimme Lean in nonstick skillet.
  • Season potatoes with salt & pepper.
  • Put hashbrowns and Gimme Lean in 8x13" nonstick cake pan.
  • Pour eggwhites over the layers or mixture.
  • Spread cheese shreds over the top.
  • Bake in 350-375 degree (preheated) oven for 45 minutes, or until egg is cooked and cheese is browned.
