Pasta Alfredo
Many dieters are alfredo indulging in this classic Italian dish, but they shouldn’t be. We’ve got a slimmed down version that’s as tasty as the original without all of the fat.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup(s) chicken broth
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 9/50 cup(s) unbleached flour
- 1/4 cup(s) fat free plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 cup(s) whole wheat linguine, cooked
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine broth, flour, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Over medium heat, cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and add yogurt.

Fold in cooked linguine and Parmesan cheese.
