Many dieters are alfredo indulging in this classic Italian dish, but they shouldn't be. We've got a slimmed down version that's as tasty as the original without all of the fat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 9/50 cup(s) unbleached flour
  • 1/4 cup(s) fat free plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 cup(s) whole wheat linguine, cooked
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, combine broth, flour, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Over medium heat, cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and add yogurt.
  • Fold in cooked linguine and Parmesan cheese.
