Ingredients

  

  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 can low-fat, low-sodium cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounce(s) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
  • 1 teaspoon(s) parsley
  • 1 teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon(s) seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough, torn into pieces

Instructions

 

  • Place all ingredients into the slow cooker, except the biscuits.
  • Add enough water or chicken broth to cover.
  • Cover and cook for 5-6 hours on medium.
  • Add torn biscuits one hour prior to serving.
  • Cook until the dough is no longer raw in the center.
