Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 can low-fat, low-sodium cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounce(s) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
- 1 teaspoon(s) parsley
- 1 teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon(s) seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough, torn into pieces
Place all ingredients into the slow cooker, except the biscuits.
Add enough water or chicken broth to cover.
Cover and cook for 5-6 hours on medium.
Add torn biscuits one hour prior to serving.
Cook until the dough is no longer raw in the center.
