  • 2 cans potato soup
  • 2 cup(s) low-fat Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup(s) fat-free sour cream or non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) black pepper

Instructions

 

  • Let hash browns thaw.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Be sure potatoes are separated.
  • Mix well.
  • Bake in casserole dish at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
