Snack-tastic Fruit Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup(s) milk
- 2 cup(s) wheat flour
- 333/1000 cup(s) sugar
- 3 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 cup(s) chopped fruit (peaches, apples, prunes)
- 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar (optional)
Instructions

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Use muffin cups or grease bottoms of muffin pans.

Beat egg.

Stir in oil, milk and fruit.

Stir in remaining ingredients all at once, just until moistened.

Batter will be lumpy.

Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
