Turkey Club Sandwiches
Hankering for a healthy, but filling, lunch offering? Join the club – club sandwich, that is. Prepared with turkey bacon for a healthy twist, this lunch option will fit in perfectly with your low-fat, low-calorie eating plan.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup(s) fat free Thousand Island dressing
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 4 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of tomato (about 2 medium tomatoes)
- 4 1-ounce slices deli style fat-free turkey breast
- 4 3/4-ounces slices fat-free Cheddar cheese
- 4 turkey bacon slices, cooked and cut in half
Instructions

Spread 1 tablespoon dressing over 1 side of 4 slices of bread.

Arrange lettuce, tomato, turkey, fat-free cheese and turkey bacon evenly on slices.

Top with remain bread slices.

Cut each sandwich into halves and secure with wooden toothpicks.
