Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup(s) fat free Thousand Island dressing
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • 4 green leaf lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of tomato (about 2 medium tomatoes)
  • 4 1-ounce slices deli style fat-free turkey breast
  • 4 3/4-ounces slices fat-free Cheddar cheese
  • 4 turkey bacon slices, cooked and cut in half

Instructions
 

  • Spread 1 tablespoon dressing over 1 side of 4 slices of bread.
  • Arrange lettuce, tomato, turkey, fat-free cheese and turkey bacon evenly on slices.
  • Top with remain bread slices.
  • Cut each sandwich into halves and secure with wooden toothpicks.
  • Arrange on plates with pickle spears and serve.
