
Baked Chicken Tenders
Chicken tenders aren’t just for kids anymore. These mouth-watering, low calorie morsels are a healthy crowd pleaser for the kid in all of us. Love these tenders!
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) boneless chicken breast, cut up into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup(s) seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoon(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
Instructions

Marinate chicken, garlic, oil and black pepper for 30 minutes.

Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and peppers.

Coat chicken pieces with crumb mixture.

Place on jelly roll pan sprayed with non-stick spray.

Bake in 475 oven for 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Serve with BBQ sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
