Baked Chicken Tenders

Chicken tenders aren't just for kids anymore. These mouth-watering, low calorie morsels are a healthy crowd pleaser for the kid in all of us. Love these tenders!

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce(s) boneless chicken breast, cut up into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup(s) seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon(s) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken, garlic, oil and black pepper for 30 minutes.
  • Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and peppers.
  • Coat chicken pieces with crumb mixture.
  • Place on jelly roll pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • Bake in 475 oven for 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  • Serve with BBQ sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
