
Shrimp, Artichoke and Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
- 6 ounce(s) angel hair pasta
- 33/50 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup(s) sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup(s) sliced, raw onion
- 1/4 cup(s) black olives
- 4 cloves garlic
- 14 ounce(s) (1 can) quartered artichoke hearts
- 2 cup(s) grape tomatoes
- 6 ounce(s) feta crumbles
- 1/2 cup(s) fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 12 ounce(s) shrimp
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet.

Add onions and saute 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Add garlic and shrimp; cook 2 minutes.

Add artichokes and cook 2 more minutes.

Remove from heat, add drained pasta, tomatoes, olives, basil and black pepper.

Stir to combine and serve.
