Classic Pesto Salad Dressing
Store-bought pesto pales in comparison to this classic recipe, which can be stored in the refrigerator and used on pasta, salads, or even to marinade your favorite protein.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup(s) loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) fresh oregano
- 1/2 cup(s) loosely packed fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon zest, grated
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 1/2 ounce(s) dry white wine
- 1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, freshly-grated
- 1 ounce(s) pine nuts
- 6 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 dash(es) Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
