Classic Greek Salad

Tomatoes and cucumbers dressed witht mayo make up the base of this refreshing Greek salad, which gets extra flavor from feta crumbles and spices. For extra punch, add a handful of kalamata olives.

Classic Greek Salad


For 4 people

  • 1/2 cup(s) fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup(s) finely chopped cucumbers
  • 1 1/2 ounce(s) crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dried basil
  • 1/3 tablespoon(s) dried onion flakes
  • 3 cup(s) sliced fresh tomatoes


In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, cucumbers, feta cheese, basil, and onion flakes. Mix well to combine. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. For each serving, arrange 3/4 cup sliced tomatoes on salad plate. Spoon 1/4 cucumber mixture over top.
