Vanilla Marshmallow Frosting
One taste of this delicious frosting and you'll be stuck on it! Simple and tasty, this vanilla and marshmallow confection can be used to top cakes and cupcakes of all sorts. Be sure to make some extra so there will be plenty left when it comes time to lick the bowl!
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) unsalted butter, softened
- 14 tablespoon(s) (1, 7 oz jar) marshmallow creme
- 1 cup(s) confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Instructions
- Beat butter in a medium bowl with mixer on medium speed until creamy.
- Beat in marshmallow cream.
- When well blended, beat in confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract.
- Increase speed to high and beat 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
