
Tuna Olive Salad
Bursting with olives, artichokes, bright lemon and creamy mayo, there’s nothing fishy about this healthy salad from the sea.
Ingredients
- 12 ounce(s) chunk light tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 cup(s) chopped canned artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped olives
- 333/1000 cup(s) reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) chopped fresh oregano, or .5 teaspoon dried
Instructions

Combine tuna, artichokes, olives, mayonnaise, lemon juice and oregano in a medium bowl.
