Tropical Fruit Salad
Put on your sunglasses and grass skirts because you'll swear you're on a beach when you eat this tropical fruit salad. Try serving with low-fat yogurt and granola or as a topping for waffles and pancakes for a tropical treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) papaya, cut in to small cubes
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut in to small cubes
- 1 navel orange, peeled and cut in to small cubes
- 6 ounce(s) fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and cut in to small cubes
- 1 carambola, (starfruit) sliced
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except carambola and mint sprig in a medium bowl.
- Stir gently to mix fruits around.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve in small bowls or in wine glasses.
- Garnish with carambola star slices or mint sprigs if desired.
