Put on your sunglasses and grass skirts because you'll swear you're on a beach when you eat this tropical fruit salad. Try serving with low-fat yogurt and granola or as a topping for waffles and pancakes for a tropical treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup(s) papaya, cut in to small cubes
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut in to small cubes
  • 1 navel orange, peeled and cut in to small cubes
  • 6 ounce(s) fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and cut in to small cubes
  • 1 carambola, (starfruit) sliced

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients except carambola and mint sprig in a medium bowl.
  • Stir gently to mix fruits around.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Serve in small bowls or in wine glasses.
  • Garnish with carambola star slices or mint sprigs if desired.
