Tri-color Roll

You’ll be on a roll when you serve up this great-tasting sushi roll that’s loaded with tuna, salmon and yellowtail. Prepare a batch of your own fresh sushi.

Ingredients

  

  • 3 slices sushi grade tuna
  • 1 slice sushi grade salmon
  • 1 slice sushi grade yellowtail
  • 1 sushi rice
  • 4 Nori sheets
  • 4 Fresh crab meat
  • 1 Cucumber slices

Instructions

 

  • Place on fish slices on rolling mat, overlapping slightly and in this order from left to right: tuna, salmon, tuna, yellowtail, tuna.
  • Top fish with a layer of sushi rice.
  • Lay nori on rice.
  • Make a final layer of crab and cucumber slices.
  • Roll up tight and slice on a bias before serving.
