Tortellini Salad

Cold tortellini pasta salad with artichokes and tomatoes is a great summertime meal. It’s full of nutrition and great for casual get togethers.

Ingredients

  

  • 1 1/8 cup(s) Frozen Uncooked Tortellini
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup(s) sliced green onions
  • 6 ounce(s) marinated artichoke hearts
  • 4 tablespoon(s) creamy Italian dressing

Instructions

 

  • Cook tortellini as directed on package.
  • Drain; rinse with cold water until cool.
  • Drain the artichokes and cut them up; in a medium bowl combine tomatoes, onions, and artichoke hearts.
  • Add cooked tortellini and salad dressing; toss gently to coat.
  • Serve immediately.
