  • 1/4 cup(s) portabella mushroom
  • 2 ounce(s) shitake mushrooms
  • 3/8 cup(s) diced Roma tomatoes
  • 3 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon(s) minced shallots
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh chopped basil
  • 1 pinch(es) saffron
  • 1/2 cup(s) cooked risotto
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Saute all ingredients, except butter, and reduce liquid by half.
  • Finish with butter, and correct seasoning with salt and pepper.
