Tokyo Salad Dressing
Oh soy can you see! This dressing brings the taste of Tokyo to the table. Serve over lettuce, carrots and cukes for a great-tasting salad.
Ingredients
- 6 floz salad oil
- 3 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar
- 1 4/25 tablespoon(s) catsup
- 49/100 tablespoon(s) celery, minced
- 1 teaspoon(s) fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper, freshly grated
- 5 tablespoon(s) onions, minced
- 3 1/2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
- 29/50 floz water
- 1 teaspoon(s) lemons, rind of, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
Instructions
- Combine all in blender and blend completely.
- Ready in 20 min.
