
Thai Salad with Grilled Beef

Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) beef flank steak
- 2 tomatoes, sliced into wedges
- 4 tablespoon(s) fish sauce
- 2 floz lime juice
- 3 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
- 3 tablespoon(s) minced fresh ginger root
- 3 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon(s) kecap manis
- 1 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) chili oil
- 1/4 cup(s) chopped green onions
- 4 tablespoon(s) chopped shallots
- 1/4 cup(s) thinly sliced onion
- 1/4 cup(s) sliced cucumber
- 4 tablespoon(s) Thai chili peppers, sliced
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Grill beef to satisfaction, and let to cool.

Mix together fish sauce, lime juice, kecap manis, garlic, ginger, cilantro, sesame oil, and chili oil, green onions and shallots.

Season to taste.

Chop beef into bite-sized pieces.

Toss beef, onion, tomatoes, cucumber and chili peppers in a large bowl.
