  • 16 ounce(s) beef flank steak
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 4 tablespoon(s) fish sauce
  • 2 floz lime juice
  • 3 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoon(s) minced fresh ginger root
  • 3 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon(s) kecap manis
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chili oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped green onions
  • 4 tablespoon(s) chopped shallots
  • 1/4 cup(s) thinly sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup(s) sliced cucumber
  • 4 tablespoon(s) Thai chili peppers, sliced

Instructions

 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • Grill beef to satisfaction, and let to cool.
  • Mix together fish sauce, lime juice, kecap manis, garlic, ginger, cilantro, sesame oil, and chili oil, green onions and shallots.
  • Season to taste.
  • Chop beef into bite-sized pieces.
  • Toss beef, onion, tomatoes, cucumber and chili peppers in a large bowl.
  • Pour in the dressing, toss, and enjoy!.
