Tender Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Sun-dried tomatoes combined with parsley, chives, lemon juice, garlic, sour cream, salt and pepper make this a decadent dip. It goes great with tortillas, pita chips, French bread or fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 10 sun-dried tomatoes, not oil packed
- 8 tablespoon(s) loosely packed parsley, not chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh chives
- 2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cup(s) sour cream
Instructions
- Place tomatoes in small saucepan, barely cover with water, bring to a boil, and simmer until tender.
- Drain any excess water.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
