Tasty Cherry Sorbet
Cherry sorbet with a twist of lemon is a healthy, and tasty, mid-afternoon snack for the kids on a hot summer’s day.
Ingredients
- 667/1000 ounce(s) iced tea mix, lemon infused black
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 3 cup(s) frozen tart cherries
Instructions

Combine dry tea mix with water and lemon juice, stirring until completely dissolved.

Place half of tea mixture in blender container or food processor.

Add half of frozen cherries.

Process until almost smooth.

Repeat with remaining tea and cherries.

Serve immediately.

Freeze any remaining sorbet.

When ready to serve frozen sorbet, place pieces of sorbet in blender and process to soften.
