Cherry sorbet with a twist of lemon is a healthy, and tasty, mid-afternoon snack for the kids on a hot summer’s day.

Ingredients

  

  • 667/1000 ounce(s) iced tea mix, lemon infused black
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 3 cup(s) frozen tart cherries

Instructions

 

  • Combine dry tea mix with water and lemon juice, stirring until completely dissolved.
  • Place half of tea mixture in blender container or food processor.
  • Add half of frozen cherries.
  • Process until almost smooth.
  • Repeat with remaining tea and cherries.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Freeze any remaining sorbet.
  • When ready to serve frozen sorbet, place pieces of sorbet in blender and process to soften.
