Sweet Ricotta Cones
It’s a cannoli in a cone. All of the great ingredients of the Italian favorite, only in a different shape. The kids will love them!
Ingredients
- 15 ounce(s) part-skim ricotta cheese
- 2/3 cup(s) confectioners’ sugar
- 4/25 tablespoon(s) grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 1/8 cup(s) miniature chocolate chips
- 10 sugar ice cream cones
Instructions

In a large bowl with electric mixer at low speed, beat ricotta cheese, sugar, orange peel and vanilla extract just until smooth.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

To serve, spoon mixture directly into ice cream cones.
