Sweet Raspberry Vinaigrette
Toss this sweet dressing over fresh fruit, or serve it over mixed greens and raspberries with chopped nuts and tangy cheese for a tasty and unique starter salad.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup(s) raspberry sherbet
- 1/4 cup(s) oil
- 4 tablespoon(s) raspberry vinegar
- 1 sugar, to taste
Instructions
- Melt sherbet over low heat.
- Let cool.
- Combine with oil and vinegar.
- Whisk lightly and season with salt and white pepper and add sugar.
