Supreme Stuffed Grouper

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounce(s) thinly sliced grouper
  • 3 ounce(s) lump crabmeat
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Boursin cheese
  • 3 teaspoon(s) rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic
  • 4 teaspoon(s) butter

Instructions
 

  • Line a ramekin or oven-safe custard cup with the grouper.
  • Place crabmeat in ramekin and make a depression in the middle.
  • Fill depression with Boursin cheese.
  • Bake in 375-degree oven for 10 minutes.
  • While that is baking, in saucepan over medium heat mix vinegar, soy sauce and butter.
  • Simmer until reduced by half.
  • Drizzle sauce on plates and top with stuffed grouper.
