
Supreme Stuffed Grouper
Hungry for a supreme seafood medley? This stuffed grouper makes the cut. Your mouth will be watering before it ever hits the plate.
Ingredients
- 2 ounce(s) thinly sliced grouper
- 3 ounce(s) lump crabmeat
- 1 tablespoon(s) Boursin cheese
- 3 teaspoon(s) rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic
- 4 teaspoon(s) butter
Instructions
- Line a ramekin or oven-safe custard cup with the grouper.
- Place crabmeat in ramekin and make a depression in the middle.
- Fill depression with Boursin cheese.
- Bake in 375-degree oven for 10 minutes.
- While that is baking, in saucepan over medium heat mix vinegar, soy sauce and butter.
- Simmer until reduced by half.
- Drizzle sauce on plates and top with stuffed grouper.
