Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup(s) quick cooking oats
  • 6 teaspoon(s) granulated artificial sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine oats, sugar, salt, vanilla and oil.
  • Stir well.
  • Add beaten egg and chopped nuts and mix well.
  • Measure one teaspoonful and pack on the spoon.
  • Pat out to make a round cookie or egg shape.
  • Place on un-greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 15 minutes.
  • Let cool.
