Spinach & Herb Dip
This isn't your average spinach dip. Surprise your guests with our variation, which pumps up the flavor with fresh parsley and basil.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 cup(s) spinach leaves, not chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) parsley, not chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) cup basil leaves, not chopped
- 2 small green onions partially cut
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until greens are chopped.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
