Spicy Green Chicken
Don’t settle for paltry poultry. Top off this chicken dish garnishing it with cheese, sour cream and salsa. Bird is the word.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
- 9/50 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- 2 (16 oz.) cans of Beans
- 1 87/100 cup(s) (1-14.5 oz. can) chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cup(s) finely chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 sour cream
- 1 salsa
Instructions

In large skillet, cook onion in oil for 4 minutes or until transparent.

Add chilies, flour and cumin; cook and stir for 2 minutes.

Add beans and chicken broth; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened.

Add chicken; cook until hot.

Ready in 30 min.
