Spaghetti With Peanut Butter Sauce
This quick, spicy pasta dish has Oriental flair – and the kids will be first in line for seconds. You can toss in some steamed broccoli and/or grilled chicken for extra protein and some color, or serve with a side of stir-fried broccoli.
Ingredients
- 333/1000 cup(s) peanut butter
- 2 67/100 ounce(s) water
- 1 tablespoon(s) light soy sauce
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 333/1000 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
- 1 dash(es) chili sauce
- 12 ounce(s) spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions

Place the peanut butter in a small glass, and add the hot water; stir with a fork until smooth.

Mix in soy sauce, garlic, cream, sesame oil, chili sauce until smooth.

Set aside.

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until done.

Drain well.

Place the drained pasta in a bowl.

Stir the reserved peanut butter mixture together again; add to the cooked pasta.

Toss all together, and garnish with cilantro.

Ready in 20 minutes.
