Spaghetti with Ground Turkey

Ingredients

  

  • 16 ounce(s) pkg. Barilla spaghetti
  • 16 ounce(s) ground turkey, cooked and drained
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 2 16/25 cup(s) (2-10 3/4 oz. cans) condensed tomato soup
  • 1 15 oz. can kidney beans
  • 1 4 oz. can Ortega diced green chilies
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon

Instructions

 

  • Heat oil in medium saucepan.
  • Add onion, bell pepper and garlic; cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add turkey, soup, beans, chili powder, cumin, vinegar and cinnamon.
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat to “low”.
  • Cook for 15 minutes and season with salt and ground black pepper.
  • Serve over hot spaghetti.
  • Ready in 25 min.
