Ingredients
  

  • 24 ounce(s) hash browns, frozen
  • 16 ounce(s) bacon or sausage
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ounce(s) Velveeta
  • 2 ounce(s) cheddar, shredded cheese
  • 10 ounce(s) can cream of potato soup
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the hash browns with the onion till crisp.
  • Fry the meat.
  • Mix in a 13 X 9 pan.
  • Add the cheeses, soup, beaten eggs, salt and pepper.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 50 minutes.
