
Slow-Cooked Pork & Sauerkraut

Ingredients
- 20 ounce(s) can or bag sauerkraut
- 1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
- 24 ounce(s) ground pork sausage
- 1 onion, sliced
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the sauerkraut and brown sugar.
- Then place in the crock-pot.
- Arrange the sausage and onion over the sauerkraut.
- Cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
- If it appears dry, add some water if necessary.
- Reduce heat to LOW setting, and cook for two more hours.
- Try it with Kielbasa.
