Slices of Lemon
When someone gives you lemons, make lemon slices! A great way to cool off any time of year.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) butter
- 1/2 cup(s) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 8 tea biscuits, crushed
- 1 cup(s) flaked coconut
Instructions
- In a small microwave plate over medium heat, melt together butter and sweetened condensed milk for 20 sec.
- Stir in crushed biscuits, lemon juice, zest and coconut; mix well.
- Press into a 9x9 inch dish.
- Refrigerate overnight before slicing or the squares will come out sticky.
- No cooking needed - 20 sec.
