Simple Pita
Sometimes the simplest dishes are the most enjoyable. This twist on a grilled cheese is a great snack that everyone will love.
Ingredients
- 1 pita bread
- 1 American, Swiss or Provolone cheese
- 1 butter
Instructions
- Cut pita bread in half crosswise.
- Spread insides with butter.
- Add 1-2 slices of cheese (depending on size of pita).
- Place on plate in microwave and melt for 20-30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
- Length of time in microwave will vary depending on power wattage of microwave.
- Ready in 5 min.
