Simple Pita

Sometimes the simplest dishes are the most enjoyable. This twist on a grilled cheese is a great snack that everyone will love.

  • 1 pita bread
  • 1 American, Swiss or Provolone cheese
  • 1 butter

Instructions
 

  • Cut pita bread in half crosswise.
  • Spread insides with butter.
  • Add 1-2 slices of cheese (depending on size of pita).
  • Place on plate in microwave and melt for 20-30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
  • Length of time in microwave will vary depending on power wattage of microwave.
  • Ready in 5 min.
