Shrimp & Sausage Jambalaya

You don’t need to head down to the bayou to let the good times roll. This jumpin’ Jambalaya promises to warm the heart, the soul and the belly. It’s a Cajun favorite that’s downright delicious.

Ingredients

  

  • 1 cup(s) 1 8-oz. can) diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 box Zatarain’s Jambalaya Mix
  • 1/2 smoked sausage, cut into slices
  • 8 ounce(s) steamed or raw shrimp, deveined and peeled
  • 16 floz water

Instructions

 

  • Bring tomatoes to a boil add in Jambalaya Mix, and water continue to boil over med heat for 15 minutes, and then add shrimp and sausage.
  • Stir cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes until rice is tender and fluffy.
  • Ready in 30 min.
