Sesame Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  

  • 1/2 cup(s) soy sauce
  • 2 67/100 floz water
  • 1/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
  • 4 green onions with tops, sliced
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sesame seeds
  • 1 dash(es) pepper
  • 40 ounce(s) chicken wings

Instructions

 

  • In a glass bowl, mix the first nine ingredients.
  • Add chicken wings; coat well.
  • Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove chicken to a shallow rack in a baking pan; discard marinade.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Turn and bake about 20 minutes longer or until tender.
