
Seasonal Brussels Sprouts
You’ll give thanks when you sample these seasonal Brussels Sprouts which are sure to please even those who aren’t so keen on this fragrant veggie.
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) fresh Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 cup(s) almonds, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) cardamom
Instructions

Wash Brussels sprouts and trim off bottoms of stems and loose leaves.

Steam sprouts over boiling water until tender, 7 to 10 minutes.

Remove sprouts to a serving bowl and stir in olive oil, nuts and cardamom.
