Sausage Morning Casserole

You'll have no qualms about "porking" up when you taste this scrumptious sausage casserole. For additional flavor, toss in a handful of fresh peppers and onions.

Ingredients
  

  • 24 ounce(s) ground pork sausage
  • 8 crescent rolls (1 pkg. dough)
  • 1 cup(s) mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup(s) cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup(s) milk
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place sausage in a large, deep skillet and cook over medium high heat until evenly brown; drain, crumble and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees and lightly grease a 9x13 inch-baking pan; lay crescent rolls flat in the bottom of the pan.
  • Combine cooked sausage, cheeses, eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over crescent rolls.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and rolls are baked.
  • Ready in 35 min.
