Sausage Morning Casserole
You'll have no qualms about "porking" up when you taste this scrumptious sausage casserole. For additional flavor, toss in a handful of fresh peppers and onions.
Ingredients
- 24 ounce(s) ground pork sausage
- 8 crescent rolls (1 pkg. dough)
- 1 cup(s) mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup(s) cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup(s) milk
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Instructions
- Place sausage in a large, deep skillet and cook over medium high heat until evenly brown; drain, crumble and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and lightly grease a 9x13 inch-baking pan; lay crescent rolls flat in the bottom of the pan.
- Combine cooked sausage, cheeses, eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over crescent rolls.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and rolls are baked.
- Ready in 35 min.
