Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 2 ounce(s) chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup(s) diced white onion
  • 1 tablespoon(s) margarine
  • 2 cup(s) chicken stock
  • 16 floz water
  • 2 whole bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 16 ounce(s) Uncle Ben's Rice

Instructions
 

  • Saute vegetables in margarine until tender.
  • Combine chicken stock, water, bay leaves and salt.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Place rice in deep baking pan.
  • Mix with vegetables and liquid mixture; stir well.
  • Cover pan with foil.
  • Bake 1 hour.
