Raw Salmon
This salmon is not properly raw but “cooked” naturally in vinegar for 2 hours. Serve it with a fresh salad.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce(s) 1 thin slice of Salmon steak
- 1 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar, or as much as desired
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon(s) Italian parsley (flat), or as much as desired
- 33/100 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil, or as much as desired
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
Instructions

Dispose the salmon in a deep plate and cover it completely with balsamic vinegar.

Let it say for 2 hours.

Remove it from the vinegar and place it in a serving plate.

Mince the garlic and sprinkle it over the fish.

Wash and cut the parsley leaves and sprinkle it over the fish.

Add the oil, salt and pepper No cooking needed.
