Raw Salmon

This salmon is not properly raw but “cooked” naturally in vinegar for 2 hours. Serve it with a fresh salad.

Ingredients

  

  • 1 ounce(s) 1 thin slice of Salmon steak
  • 1 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar, or as much as desired
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Italian parsley (flat), or as much as desired
  • 33/100 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil, or as much as desired
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste

Instructions

 

  • Dispose the salmon in a deep plate and cover it completely with balsamic vinegar.
  • Let it say for 2 hours.
  • Remove it from the vinegar and place it in a serving plate.
  • Mince the garlic and sprinkle it over the fish.
  • Wash and cut the parsley leaves and sprinkle it over the fish.
  • Add the oil, salt and pepper No cooking needed.
