Raw Carrot Salad
When you don't feel like cooking, nothing beats this raw carrot salad which can be prepared without ever stepping foot near a stove. To get the most bang for your flavor buck, refrigerate overnight.
Ingredients
- 4 cup(s) carrot, slices
- 4 1/20 tablespoon(s) fresh cilantro, minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoon(s) minced fresh oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, tossing to coat carrots.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour or overnight to enhance flavors.
- Ready in 15 min.
