
Quick Lemon Pie
Need a spur-of-the-moment dessert without wanting to buy something from the bakery? This instant lemon pie may be a cinch to make, but your guests will never know.
Ingredients
- 2 containers whipped topping mix, dry
- 2 3/4 cup(s) milk
- 1 7-oz. pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Combine whipped topping mix with cold milk; stir until smooth.
- Add instant lemon pudding mix and then use an electric mixer and beat on high speed for 2 minutes; spoon into piecrust and chill for 4 hours until set.
