Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) white chicken meat, canned or freshly cooke
- 3/4 cup(s) grapes, cut in halves
- 1/4 cup(s) walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) shallots
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh mint
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste
- 3/4 cup(s) favorite mayo
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Refrigerate or serve immediately.
